Constantly Resetting?

Hello I've had my Lumia 920 for a few weeks now and have had no problems with but within the last few days my phone has been periodically going a bit mental and resets itself and then it shows the Nokia startup screen and then the windows phone screen and then it resets again and it does this until the battery has been depleted and even the soft reset (holding down volume + power buttons) does not stop it. When I do eventually get the phone to work again for a while at least it then seems to nearly always change the date and time.

I have not done a full reset of my phone because was hoping I might be able to get away with not having to reinstall all my apps etc.

Anyone else experienced this?

Backup your settings and hard reset. Then choose to use your backup

Yea if you do the backup than when you hard reset put your live id in it will ask to restore. And it will reinstall your apps
