Contact Address or other info on start screen tile

I am just wondering if there is an app or a way to put an address on a tile on the start screen without any map behind. I've tried it from my contacts and all of my mapping apps (Here Maps, Maps, Google Maps) and I can't get it to show an address. My contacts will only show their name and the mapping apps show a map (some with the address on it, but it's very small).

In #13 of this Nokia article, does anyone know what app they used in the upper right corner? The blue one with the East Molesy address on it

It could be Here Explore Beta,

You can create a collection, in which you can add a Contacts Address(Place), then pin that to start screen, the tile shows map with address, then flip's over to show the address like what you see in that pic..
