Contact tiles aren't updating

I have my girlfriend pinned and a group of people pinned, and neither have updated at all today (maybe since yesterday, can't remember). Their updates load fine when you go to their what's new, but even after that loads all the way, the tile still does not flip over and show the update. Anyone else experiencing this, or know a fix?

While I am not familiar with pinned groups in general, wouldn't the tile not flip over after you update by going into What's New? Like, if my Me tile flips, and I go into it, it would naturally stop doing so until the next new item. However, I don't know what might be wrong with the first part; try having her sync the different services from the Settings in the People Hub?

Well, I am glad that things are alright again; I wonder what the problem was.

Contacts haven't synched yet. To force sync go to People Hub, settings, scroll down and long press an account. It will show sync or delete the account. Select sync.
