Contacts on Phone/Hotmail/Live/Windows live mail??

I have a new HTC Titan Windows Phone 7.5. I am switching from a HTC EVO 4G running Android. I like the feature when I entered a gmail contact on my phone it would sync with my gmail address book on my pc. I assumed that Windows Phone/Hotmail/Live did this as well. I have contacts on my Windows 7 pc, contacts on Windows Live Mail, and contacts on Hotmail, and also my phone. I have always used MS/Hotmail/Live for my main address, can someone help me so that I can just enter contacts on my phone and they sync with Windows Live Mail, so that when I create a new email and click the TO: box, I get all the same contacts that I would have on my phone?? Thanks.
