How can I browse all my contacts?

Go to People and browse them.

Normally you open the "People" app and your contacts are there, you may have it set to only show "Some accounts" if people are missing.

I assume you are talking about your phone? I also am assuming you have a PC set up with your contacts already set up and you are logging in with the same account?

That what wasn't working. Had to restart the phone.

With all things like PC's, phones etc.

Before doing anything else, try a restart, been the same since they got invented.
