Continue playing or stop music option when playing a game or app with sound effects.

Hey guys,
It is very frustrating to see that the song playing stops when I open a game or an app which has its own sound effects. Is there an option for this or am I missing something completely?

If this problem is indeed true, then how about the option to decide whether the app/game music plays or whether the Music+Videos music plays. There could be a small dialog box when such a thing occurs to allow the user to select their choice.

Games have this option and so do apps. They can have a toast asking you to turn off your music or keep it on. I think most games do it and it is systemic thing. However, after reading your post it feels like may be some apps and games don't have that pop up.
