Currently Windows RT devices can't use Continuum 
with the news that there is "Windows 10 RT" floating around that may change. Most likely not I don't see Microsoft back tracking again, however I could be wrong.

Unless you're referring to pairing a WM10 phone (supporting continuum) via miracast to the 2520?

I have Apps on my 2520 that sync up with my other devices just fine. That aspect of continuum did not pass up RT . Mostly that is case by case and up to the App developer.
