control bandwidth in selected devices on a dongle / data card / wifi stick

hi, i have a wifi stick huawei power fi e8221 , all of my devices are connected to it. now i have my relatives coming over and i have to share my wifi with them, i needed to know is there some software or settings i could tweak to give them lower bandwidth so my data usage is low.

i have googled about it and found out that my router/ dongle stick should have QoS management, but mine doesn't have one.

any help will be much appreciated.

IF you have a pc/laptop, try looking into setting up virtual routers.

You'd have to leave the device that acts like the router on for the duration of their stay, but at least your data won't take to big of a hit
