Hi!

I'm currently having an android M8 and since I like to try something new I wonder if it's possible to convert an android m8 to a windows m8.

As far as I know the hardware is the same, so since it's just software it should be possible, no?

Greetings

If you can find a Windows M8 ROM and the flashing utility then yes it should be possible.

I don't know if either exists however.

It doesn't work that way. You also need a bootloader that has support for Android. and supports being flashed over a WP bootloader.

Thanks for the clarification. I highly doubt they will find anything though.

Keep an eye on this site. If anyone can do it these guys can.

From what I've read at this point it's not possible but they're working through things to make it work.
It looks like it will be easier to go from Windows to Android rather than from Android to Windows.

I would like the ability to dual boot just for the heck of it. Plus if i do get sick of windows at one point i could just put any version of Android on the phone. it's a solid device that should last for years.
