Copy Documents to phone from PC

I copied some documents from my PC to the phone's document folder. But the files are nowhere to be found after disconnecting from the PC.
Where are these files located. Can anyone kindly advise. Thank you for your help.

What kind of documents? (Excel/Word?)
Try to open Office app in the phone and see if its there.

montsa007, thank you for your prompt response. I copied excel and word files and found them in the office app in phone. It appears that we can only copied files and not an entire folder to the phone.
Is there any way that we can create folder in the office app phone, otherwise there will be masses of files around.
