Cortana can now open Alexa and issue commands for Alexa skills.

To activate say "Open Alexa". If you are already signed in to Alexa(thru another device) then Cortana will activate Alexa and open it, ready to receive commands. If not signed in, then you will be prompted to do so and agree.
On Harman Kardon Invoke, I tried "Alexa: Set sleep timer for 10 minutes". Music was playing and turned off in 10 minutes.
