Can Cortana still make calls?

And does Skype still work on Cortana?

Currently the service for Xbox and Skype is down
You'll get stuck on this for Skype and it wouldn't full process.

And this is for Xbox.

I'm gonna assume that this is gonna be fixed, but I'm not sure how long this issue will persist. I had this issue yesterday, gonna send a feedback notice via Cortana.
