Cortana and ringtone

hello,
I have an issue. When someone calls me, the ringtone sounds for 2-3 seconds, and after that Cortana says "John it's calling" (John is the people who is calling me).
How can I do to just hear the ringtone. It's possible to disable Cortana only for calls?

this should be it, under settings→ Ease of access → 3rd option from the bottom should be "Speech for Phone accessibility" if you turn this off it should stop saying the callers name
