Cortana asking redundant questions for info already given in initial command (lumia 950 xl)

I used to be able to say "call john smith, mobile" or "dial 555-1212" in one shot and if it was specific enough that command would just go thru. Now, Cortana says "ok who do you want to call" even though I can see that the speech to text clearly heard the whole command.
