Same on my ATIV S, been set to UK since I installed the DP as well.

Seems like Cortana may be in the UK earlier than expected :smile:

True - while it still says in the "what's available" page that Cortana is still US only - the fact Cortana is now being mentioned on the UK (and other how-to pages) is a positive sign. Would be a bit strange giving instructions on how to do something that is inaccessible for most at present.

I have the same thing in my data sense. i'm in Belgium and have region set to Belgium and language set to English.

She needs to learn about UK football (soccer) match results before she'll be much good in the UK. I was there and did a comparison with a friends Nexus... Cortana didn't know the scores he ask for. Probably cricket too for UK/India/AUS

Jesus, what would Cortana think of a strong Cork accent? Saying that I'm from Wexford and I know a few people down there that it might have a problem with as well.

I'm in Cork 4 months already and I begin to understand what do people want from me.I was thinking, when Cortana is released in the UK, will it still be voiced by Jen Taylor or will it be a British person?

I think it would still be Jen... wouldn't be Cortana otherwise, and they'd have to employ someone else to do the same stuff and it would take even longer to release - especially if they had to do that for each region.
