Cortana in UK?

For some unknown reason I still don't have Cortana in uk Lumia 1520 any advice ??

Wait, change your location to the USA or join the developers preview program.

I am going for option 1.

You can get Cortana in the UK by updating your phone to WP 8.1 and then enrolling in the developers preview programme to get 8.1 update 1, which will give you access to the UK Beta of Cortana.
