Cortana India not work in build 10586.29

i am from India. Running windows 10 mobile build 10586.29. When i change using another region Cortana work and listen. But in India region when i press listen Cortana do not give any respond even after 4-5 second cortana get crash to home screen.
i set my region- India, language- English(India),speech-English(India).
so please please help me. How to work cortana In India? Or are you face same issue? If anyone know please me. I need cortana.

Hi. I am also from india and cortana is working fine for me on latest build. Your settings are correct. May be you should try a hard reset. Btw i am using 930.

i already do two time hard reset but Cortana India not working.

Check your language packs are all installed correctly. If not delete the one with the issue and then redownload. Fixed it for me.
