Cortana is not available in app list

Hi. I tried all ways to get cortana available on different forums and sites. I also updated my phone's OS via Preview for Developers. My phone's info is given as:
Microsoft Lumia 535 Dual Sim
Windows Phone 8.1 Update
OS Version: 8.10.14219.341
Software Release: Lumia Denim
Location: Pakistan
I changed my all settings to US, UK, India and China but could not find Cortana in my app list.

Can anyone help me in this regard.

Does it work now and have you checked the link I send to you?

And you know that you can not get " Hey Cortana " because this only works on icon, 930 and 1520 because you need to have a snapdragon 800 chipset
You only can get the normal Cortana.

Harrie-S! I changed settings as given in the link. On US based settings, it did nothing. But, when I changed settings according to India region, cortana appeared in Start Screen on reboot and then disappeared. When I checked app list, it was not there.
You can see blank space in screenshot at top left below the Call tile where Cortana appeared for a while and then disappeared.

No, I'm using only simple Bing Search and some commands like "call to" and "SMS to" by speaking at Bing Search. No Cortana.

Thanks for your valuable responses but it is not working at the moment. I should have to wait for cortana update for more countries.
