Don't take me wrong! I don't hate her but Cortana really needs to move! That girl is occupying something I used a lot: my search key!
It was always handy to tap on the search key in order to quickly scan a barcode or text as well as accessing the Local Scout. Now, instead of being able to do that, I am forced to talk to the lady or, in case I really would love to keep my above mentioned features, deactivate her all together.
What is wrong with putting Cortana back on the start button? Short press gets you to the start screen, long press will initiate voice control / Cortana. That way, I could use the additional features like scanning codes and text without a girl taking it away from me.
I guess it's just like in any marriage: at some point, the wife takes over.
