Cortana not available after update.

i have upgraded my lumia 925 to wp8.1 today and all is working find but i didnt find cortana application in the phone. please guide how to get it.

Currently, Cortana works only for US location. The Cyan/8.1 does not bring it everywhere, since Cortana is a more complex thing. It will be available later this year in UK and China.
