Cortana not available in your region - but she is!

I know i've posted a bunch of questions, but i'm installing on 3 different machines...

On my desktop, language and region are set to UK and English, but i get an error that Cortana is not available in my region... she works fine on my other machines tho!

I've tried changing the region away and back again, but with no luck...
Any ideas?!

same problem here on a Dell XPS 13 (2015) in the UK.

I found a fix. Switch EVERYTHING to US. Reboot. Make sure Cortana is active. Switch back to UK. Reboot. Cortana works
