Cortana not available

I had cortana after updating with developer preview and my region set to US and after changing the region its gone even after I reset the region to US help

Try restarting your phone and make region and lagunge to US, then in settings/application menu look for Cortana.

I already tried this more then once its not showing up its gone

Last resosrt is hard/factory reseting your phone.
Just one tip, do not forgate to backup all inportant data from your phone!

I did a hard reset and she is back again but I remember that I turned it off that time so they should make a way to enable it again
