Cortana not showing up after doing everything necessary

In my Windows phone Lumia 520 i used Cortana before, and after updating it to 8.1 i used it sometimes but now after resetting my phone because i had to remove unnecessary things, now Cortana not showing up...
Yes, im outside of US and have set my language and region to United States.

Any help please??
