Cortana not working in india? HELP

Cortana not working. The phone language is selected to US english..even in speech.
Still cortana shows "sorry, cant speak your language yet"
Any tips?

Did you set your region to the US as well?

Also why not go on DP and get WP8.1.1 and use the India Cortana?

Yes , i am on developers preview
Still it is showing "cant speak your language "

On WP 8.1 Update 1 dev preview, keep language and region as India. Only change speech to UK and it will be enabled.
