Cortana on Nokia Lumia 520?

[WPCentral Question]

I recently updated my 520 to 8.1, and it informed me i would be getting Cortana with the update, however after installing it has not appeared in the applications tab in settings, anyone know why?

Your region must be set to US in 8.1, but can be found in 8.1 Update 1 for the UK, India. (I forgot about China...)

Also, your speech settings also need to be in order.

I've set my region to US, but still nothing. I tried setting my speech to US again to no avail. Could anything else be causing it?

Set Speech , region and language(on top) all three to US english.
