Cortana out of alpha

Information for anywhere outside the US is pretty scarce regarding Cortana. I am wondering if there has been any statement from Microsoft regarding if/when Cortana will be moving to beta in Australia? I know we aren't getting Cortana with Windows 10 (not without doing some region changing anyway) but it's been in alpha for 9 months now.
