Cortana Reminders Glaring Omissions

One of the glaring omissions is when I want to do this: "Remind me to do <task> every week day at 3:00 pm". Cortana only allows me to do it every day or on a specific day of the week. I would like for a "Weekdays" or "Weekends" option.

Now, logically I thought that perhaps I just need to set a task in Exchange that will do what I want and Cortana is mainly for one-off reminders. But if that's the case, why is there an "every day" option? The purpose of Cortana's reminders for me is when I remember that I need to do something and I need to jot it down before I forget. Sometimes this is while I'm in the car and can't create a task in Outlook.

So this minor tweak would be awesome. Allow me to set reminders for "weekdays" and "weekends".

Another good one would be to set reminders for a day of the week other than the current one when not using voice commands.
