Cortana won't start apps!

When typing into Cortana app name, it suggests opening Store, not the app itself. Does anyone know a fix for this issue?

Is Onenote installed? On my 640, it lists Onenote under "Apps" instead of "Store" and starts it when I click it.

What happens if you tell her "open onenote"?

Thanks for reply! Onenote is installed, and whel going for start or launch app Cortana command it just gives web search.
