Cortana won't talk

So my Cortana has been taking back to me like normal. But today she won't talk. Anybody have this problem? I'm asking her normal questions that she usually responds to but she wont talk back. Advice?

Does she hate you? If not, check your volume, internet settings and your cellular settings. Then soft reset of all else fails.
