Cortana won't work in Official W10M India Region

Hey guys,
I have lumia730 and from india. Since i update my phone to official W10M, cortana is not woking for me at all nor the text to speech feature.
Cortana crashes after few clicks on Mic icon.
What do i do now?
Please help!

If your language, region and keyboard settings are all correct then I would try soft reset and failing that a hard reset.
