For the outlay, this seems a fairly good device. Some have mentioned that it is expensive, but compared to the 950xl and 950, on release, it isn't too far off the mark. Remember that the prices quoted will be RRP, also known as what they hope to get away with. I can see them dropping within a short time period. Saying that, a device, with these specs, could well be a teasing proposition!
