Could my Lumia 730 Screen Flickering Issue be a manufacture issue?

Lumia 730 Screen Flickering Issue

Hi,

While speaking in a call, i tried to open All Settings, but the screen flickers continuously, i had to disconnect the call and then went to All Settings.

Actually i was getting help with airtel customer care to configure my 3g, but when the call is on, i cannot open the settings. Please help, is the manufacture issue? Can i go for a replacement?

screen flicking in 730 is a known issue. but what u r telling of is continuous flicker and problem of settings, is not yet experienced by me.

if it's continous flickering, probably some screen issue on your end. Please check

Even I was facing the same problem..!! But not continuously, sometimes it blinks...!!!

How do you resolve start screen loading issue on Lumia 730 running windows 10 latest build?
