Does anyone know of a company that makes a silicone cover for the band? I figure a thin layer of silicone that could be cut for the sensors would add some flare to the band and protect it.

If you're adventurous, you could purchase silicone from a hardware store - they're usually sold in tubes similar to super glue or toothpaste. Chances are that you'll find it easier to buy Silicone and apply it yourself. This may, however, void the warranty of your band.

Adventurous? Right.......I have enough trouble getting the screen protector on! :unhappysweat: I can just imagine how much of a mess I'd make with a tube of silicone. Its a cool idea though, especially thinking of folks that have had the rubber covering on the batteries disintegrate.

Heh, styling with this big ol' glob of silicone on the wrist!

Honestly, they should have a factory installed screen protector and maybe a couple spares included. (I think this about everything though.)

What I was actually suggesting was a silicone or rubber case for the band. Think a livestrong bracelet type of material that would wrap around the band but still expose the sensors/screen. The top could even be slightly raised to protect the screen a bit. So like a silicone wrap.

Just a very thin silicone case that can wrap around the band. With cut outs for the display/sensors.

Well the thing is Band is already thick and bulky enough, adding a case would just make it worse plus it may make the heart rate sensor even more inaccurate because of looser contact against skin
