Cryptic: Secret.ly app for WP8.1

Ah crap. Sorry guys, it looks like secret.ly have changed something about their login. I can't login now either. Of you're already logged in, you'll still get posts, but if you log out, you won't be able to log back in. I'll work on getting a fix out for tomorrow morning.

I've released an update that should fix the login issues. Apparently, Secret.ly added a new required header to their login api that I wasn't aware of.

Alright guys,

It's 2am here, but I think I have a mostly working fix. Secret.ly changed up their api's a ton and everything stopped working.

But I have the stream loading again.

I had to disable posting new secrets, which I feel really bad about. But after two days, I wanted to at least push out an update with the app in a usable state, so here it is.

Increased performance of initial stream reload.
Fixed crash on load.
Temporarily disabled posting new secrets (sorry.)
Known issue: notifications open empty.
Known issue: personally liked comments do not appear to persist.

I thought I had it working but I have to add another encryption step that was missed earlier, so that's top of my todo list

Pwntastic, one more issue for you to consider - the personal icons in the comments area seem to work incorrectly. They change from time to time and you don't get the same for your next comment.

By the way, how long will it take you to complete the contracts sync with the app?I think the moment you do that the stop will explode and get alot of recognition.

I can't login with the app....it just crash everytime. But thx for the effort, hope its working for most people and I'm sure the bugs will eventualy get fixed.

Hi all,
I am dying to have the app on my Nokia 920, running wp 8.1.
However I keep getting the message that the app is not available for my device or area.
Changing to US did not help.

Any advice? I am currently in the US with a t mobile sim, the phone is originally from Israel.

Huh. I haven't heard anything from microsoft regarding the brazil thing, and I have the app set to be available globally. I just checked and it looks like it should be available in Brazil, and especially Israel. I'm not really sure what the problem is :-/
