Cursor lag

I'm getting massive cursor lag (or drift, or float, or whatever you want to call it). It happens whether I use the trackpad or Bluetooth mouse. I'm on Version 1709, build 16299.98. Is anyone else having this problem?

Yeah, ever since 1709 on both my SP4 and SB2, but only for 10 or 15 seconds after logging in to Windows.
