Custom audio for recieving messages?

Soon almost a full year has passed, and we, the Lumia 920 users, can still NOT choose our own audio file for incoming messages.
When will this be available?

Not just us 920, but all WP users. It's been an issue well documented. They have to be aware of it. Though from Daniel's articles it could be on the back burner while doing things to grow marketshare. We can only hope that it's coming with Blue. I don't think there's much chance of GDR3, but I would love to be wrong on that.

Oh..probably about 2027.

Y'know the frustrating thing about this is that the basics are already there with the custom ringtones.

Lock a talented Coder in his room and he could probably bang out this feature in under an hour.

yeah because it's silly they give you the ability to have a custom ringtone, but not a custom message sound... It should really be a no brainer.

Yeah, you'd think all they would have to do is add "custom ringtone" to the incoming messages and e-mail.
