With as much disdain as there seems to exist towards carriers due to limiting the options available for the 1520 (or any other device for that matter)...I wonder if Microsoft has considered going with the option of allowing consumers to buy directly from the manufacturers with customizable options? And I get that you wouldn't want to fall down the rabbit hole of offering every feature as a choice, but I think that they could kill if they just offered the choice of memory and color. I know that I would jump all over a 32gb Green 1520 if one existed...and if I could get it with Qi charging it would be a bonus.
