Custom field names in People yet?

Long-time Lumia 820 WP8.1 user and WP fan but with fading interest. Have just skimmed over the Creators update article. Made me wonder if any update since my OS version has brought custom field names in People, or is everyone still stuck with the appalling "mobile", "mobile 2" and the rest? Cheers.

The field names match those in people.live.com and are the headers in a downloaded csv file of contacts.

Hi T Moore. Thanks for taking the time to reply and provide a little explanation. I find this astonishing. I can't be the only one who wants this feature. It can't be beyond M$ to keep their field name under the hood whilst allowing us to give it an alias, even if the alias was only local to that host. I guess it must be beyond them.
