Custom Text Tones?

I searched on the internet and see alot of people are able to set custom tones as their text message tone, but when I go to do this I don't have the option. Is it something not available to me yet? (Verizon user) and is it coming?

Do you already have the Black update? And are you setting a certain message tone for a certain contact in your phone?

Is the lumia black the update where I can do that? According to this Availability in North America - Nokia its still waiting for approval for verizon

May be in Lumia black and may not if Verizon takes it out and call blocking. It is in gdr3 though.

Check in this forum, you can put the Developer release of GDR3 on your phone, it won't have any enhanced Nokia improvements, *could* void warranty, etc etc, but it can be done, and done easily at that.
