Cut and Paste to OneNote

I tried to cut and paste into OneNote, but there is no paste option in the OneNote app...is there?

once the keyboard pops up there should be a 'paste' circle there like everywhere else.

Ok, I am still pretty new to WP - there is a little circle by the cursor - but how do I activate the cut and paste? I tried touching it, then long tough - but nothing.

Hate to sound this noobie, but how do I activate the circle to cut and paste?

You cut stuff by highlighting the text. It's a bit finicky to get it to highlight though, you could try double tapping the piece of text. If its good two cursers will show up with the circles under them and the text in the middle. You can then drag on a curser to highlight more text. When the text is highlighted a big circle with two papers inside should pop up. That's the copy button. to paste you just touch a blank spot on the OneNote (or anywhere really) and a similar circle should show up in that blank spot above the keyboard where text suggestions are ( it'll be on the left side) Press that to paste. When you have nothing to paste, that button is half hidden away off the screen.
