CV GB vs CV ALPS

So my insurance company in the UK have just sent me a replacement Lumia 930, noticed it was in German language when I switched it on and to select language, German was selected first.

Went to check the info on the side and the box says CV ALPS compared to my old box I got from a retail shop in the UK it says CV GB. Now I know GB is for Great Britain and CV ALPS is for other parts of Europe. But being in the UK will I get any restrictions using this phone, and will Nokia still provide me with warranty?
