Cyan/8.1 update for Unlocked L1520

Lumia 1520 was not released here in Canada. I got an unlocked RM-937 HongKong version running on Fido network. If 1520 is not available on any carrier here in Canada, how can I get the Cyan update? My 1520 is currently running Black.

you will need hong kong cyan update firmware. if you really want to experience cyan faster just flash other country rom.

How do I get the hongkong cyan update if I am in Canada?

or if I decided to flash rom, will that reset my phone back to scratch and lose all my data and downloaded apps?

Is it better if I flash rom to US? What version should I get?
