Cyan for l525/India

Is the cyan update rolled out for l525 in India? I got a mail from Microsoft stating about the release of cyan update.

Yes,Lumia 525 will get update next week or maybe this weekend

No. Indian 920, 820, 620 and 525 supposedly will get it in September.
