Why there is no cyan update for phones that have already updated preview for developers?

Currently some of the preview users are facing issues after CYAN update!! so MS has temporarily hold the update for preview users...if you still want to get the update you need to degrade your OS back to 8.0 then you may receive update (if update for your phone model is available means)....MS is still working on the fix for the issues...later they may release the update for preview users...
