As far as I'm aware, the issue hasn't been fixed so you will have to, but it's only worth doing if Cyan has definitely been released in your locality.

Could you tell me the difference between Lumia cyan update and WP 8.1 Gdr1 Dp.. ?? I am currently using WP 8.1 Gdr1 DP

One has cyan firmware and one doesn't.

Cyan brings you WP8.1 officially. So you get WP8.1 and the new firmware. GDR1 is an update to WP8.1.

Yes - any DP build (including 8.1 update) will ALSO get new device firmware when it becomes available for your device.
