Data Connection in Action Centre

Hello, just quick question am I the only one missing the possibility to turn off/on the data connection via action centre ? Is there any Information about this ?

This function is not available in 8.1, nor is it in the GDR1 update. To the best of my knowledge, Microsoft hasn't made any statements about whether or when they'll be providing it.
