Data issues

So, I got back from London today. I applied the 8.1 updates while on London via WiFi. However, the phone was set to roam, with no data use, now that I'm back in Seattle the phone can't get an LTE signal, or use its data connection. Calling and texting work just fine though. Thanks for your help!

try using custom APN Settings for your carrier(LTE).
Go to 'Settings' then 'Access Point' then tap the 'Plus' icon and enter your settings. If you don't know your settings, Google it.
I am from India so I can't get your APN settings here.

After a couple days with the VZW techs, a hard reset fixed it... No idea what it was, also both MSFT and VZW get props for the help and backup services.
