I'm facing a bug still .318 build, and it didn't solved on .420. The data sense doesn't reckon the remaining data. It is always showing 0 MB.

check data sense while cellular data is on. It only works that way unfortunately.

try resetting the data limit or exiting the settings and going back a few times

well, you'll just have to closely monitor your usage to make sure you don't exceed your data usage
