Data Sense Not Working

Running latest build Windows 10 on my 640XL but have noticed that Data Sense doesn't register any data that I use on Mobile only, clocks up wifi data no problem but I turn wifi off, watch some online video so I know I have chewed up some mobile data but data sense says my allowance is still remaining which it can't be. Anybody else seeing the same or is yours working.

Have fully reset phone after last build install and set up from fresh.

It's slow sometimes in registering data use. Exit and go back and it might change

It's 4 days since my last full reset and setup, still not registered a single bit of mobile data.

I've gone back to Denim and it's working again, going to leave it on Denim

I am having exact same problem on L830 10586.107..Any solution found? There's nothing on internet about it
