Data sense - restore data

What is the "restore data" in data sense? It uses half of my data plan in one single day without turning it on. Do you know how to turn it off? Check out the screenshot here: http://1drv.ms/1TSQ8EN

I would think that is the data from the Backup on OneDrive. Did you restore your phone from a backup recently after re-setting or initial set-up?

Yes I did, but why isn't it using Wi-Fi only? The bad thing is that this happens to me every month

I would have assumed it would only use WiFi, but perhaps the restore action will use any connection. That's a question for the MS Community boards, though you may not get a response... Sorry I can't help you more on this - I've only restored after setting up WiFi.
